The hotel was a steal for the quality of service and location. It’s located in a remote area in tulum, 13mins from the central area. Th beaches are cleaned daily and pristine with 3 pools facing the beach. Breakfast was really good with an omelette station and lots of selection, with mimosas included ! Only downside is if you do not have a car, getting out and about can be quite expensive as the taxis are a rip off and overcharge, 500 pesos to get to the central area

Amazing place! Super location !! The real highlight of the stay was the restaurant. Despite the complexity of managing a large group like ours, the service was impeccable. The restaurant manager proved to be an incredible leader: extremely professional, authoritative, and capable of coordinating his staff with surgical precision, ensuring every course was perfect. His dedication to his work is evident, and the staff follows him with an admirable discipline, typical of large luxury establishments. We felt pampered, and the atmosphere during meals was one of the highlights of the holiday!!

Nice Little Hotel with good breakfast. The Location is a Little Remote but we liked that. The Hotel is located at the end of a very very bumpy road- maybe the hotel can fix that :) The rooms are clean but a little older. But we did not have any problems or issues :) Very good breakfast! Snorkeling is possible about 70meters from the hotel directly straight ahead. Pool and shower area are clean. So we would come again as the price / value was definitely good .

We had a great stay here. Super friendly staff, professional, attentive, everything is clean and spotless. The FREE buffet breakfast is really decent and has a wide range of food. You can easily find American breakfast or Mexican style chilaquiles with eggs cooked to order. Bed is not really comfortable and we asked for some blankets but it is not a big problem. Parking is spacious. Beautiful beach view, walk straight to the beach in 1 min, Live music on certain night. We rented a car and took 15 mins every time we wanted to go to Avenida Tulum which is a busy street with shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. 10 mins from Xel-ha is a plus! Hand down best experience!

Stayed for 1 night and staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful sunrise, steps from the beach & free delicious breakfast. Very peaceful, we had a beautiful time. About 15 min to Tulum centro best to have a rental car very safe and secure parking

This is an amazing deal of a place. The location is perfect and beach front was picturesque and as the images show! It's very close to the Tulum National Park, but far away enough from Tulum proper. The road to get to the front of the resort is in MAJOR need of repairs, it's dirt road ridden with pot-holes. Nothing the hotel can do there, but just be aware, especially if you're driving yourself. The food, drinks, and staff are incredible -- the staff was so attentive and also asked how my day was going! My only complaint was that the bed was not that comfortable and I was constantly fighting for my life against the bugs in the room. Even when I did my best to keep doors closed and get in and out as fast as possible, I felt like they were everywhere. I also wish the room's sliding glass doors had screens so I could have enjoyed that part of the room more and that the TV was sightly bigger. The bathroom was great, no complaints there. Overall I think this is a great deal, especially for the all inclusive option. Photos were taken with a vintage-style camera and may be used by the property if they so wish.

We came here last year and really enjoyed it. So much that we decided to come back this year. We were steps away from the beach, the food was not bad. What I loved most was the service. I was telling friends about this place (we have kids and it’s so easy). It felt great for kids. There were ladies in the front desk who were super nice and personable. This year there is a different vibe. We didn’t feel as welcomed and they finished building most of the expansion and the rooms weren’t as good and I don’t feel like we got a great value. Our layout was a bit strange, they only gave us one room key and there was a leak in the room. The cost was much more for a suit but there is not a good view and it was farther from the main area. There were no chairs in our balcony. I think the service is still good and this one server who we knew from last year got out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

The hotel complex is very large but surprisingly quiet and beautiful due to the low number of rooms. It never felt crowded – not at the pools, not at the beach, not in the restaurants. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the layout is well divided, which adds to the overall comfort. The pools are very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space to relax without too many people around. Service overall was very friendly and helpful. However, the general organization of the resort could be improved. Sometimes we had to wait between 7 to 15 minutes for service or transport inside the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Special thanks and compliments to Ada – she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made a real difference during our stay. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out.
